Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by our team before being handed off to our designated shipping carrier. Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, your shipment is considered dispatched.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, all responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Delivery delays or missed delivery windows
- Lost or missing packages
- Damaged goods during transit
- Incorrect delivery or misrouted packages
- Theft or loss after a confirmed delivery scan
We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to deliver once the package has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been generated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment's progress through the carrier's tracking system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and taking photos of any damage upon receipt, as this may be required by the carrier to process your claim.
We are happy to provide your order details and shipment information to assist with any carrier claim, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds or replacements for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
